Pros: The team is pretty decent, and you get good exposure to different software solutions. For an onsite position, the Kuala Lumpur office location is convenient. Initial training was solid.
Cons: Job security here just isn't very strong. There's not much transparency about the company's financial future. As an IT Support Specialist, I saw a fair bit of turnover, which makes you feel uneasy.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to improve communication about company direction and stability. It would help a lot with employee morale and job security perceptions for the team, especially for those in IT roles.
