Pros: The team is pretty solid, and you get decent health benefits. Working in the Kuala Lumpur office, it's easy to commute, which is a plus.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a real struggle, especially when projects are due. As a Project Coordinator, I've often worked well over 40 hours a week. There's not much flexibility for a hybrid work model either.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look into workload distribution for Project Coordinator roles. Implementing a better hybrid model would also help improve morale and overall work-life balance.
