Pros: It's a pretty standard setup, you get good practical experience in electrical installations here. The team for **onsite** projects is usually solid and supportive.
Cons: Leadership is definitely the weak point. Management isn't great at giving clear directions, and sometimes it feels like they're just reacting instead of planning, especially for us **Electrical Technician** roles. Communication from the top down could be a lot better.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing stronger communication skills and providing clear project directives. It would really help boost morale and efficiency, especially for technical staff in the electrical engineering department.
