Pros: The base salary for a Software Engineer here is decent, especially if you're early in your career. They do offer a pretty standard medical plan which is good to have. The HR team is generally helpful with pay-related queries.
Cons: Beyond the basic medical, there aren't many other benefits. I wish there was better retirement contribution matching or more comprehensive wellness programs. Pay raises often felt pretty small, even after hitting performance targets in this tech industry.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into enhancing the benefits package. Better dental coverage or a stronger provident fund matching would make a big difference for employee retention.
