Pros: There's pretty steady work for a Production Engineer here. The team on the factory floor is generally supportive and helps out. It's a solid job if you prefer an onsite role in Shah Alam.
Cons: The company culture is pretty rigid, honestly. New ideas aren't always welcome, especially for plastics manufacturing roles. There's not much room for growth if you're looking to move up fast.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas and really listen to feedback from the factory floor. Investing in employee development and modernizing the company culture would help a lot.
