Cons: Upper management just lacks vision. Decisions often feel super rushed and don't make much sense for the Shah Alam facility. Communication is a big issue, especially when changes happen, and it affects everyone on the floor.
Advice to Management: Really listen to the feedback from the ground teams. Invest in proper leadership training, especially for communication and long-term planning for the manufacturing process.
