Pros: My colleagues are pretty great, and the team environment is supportive. The pay as a Marketing Executive in the Kuala Lumpur office is actually decent, which is a plus. You get to learn a lot within this corporate environment.
Cons: Work flexibility is a big issue, even though they talk about a 'hybrid model'. We're expected onsite way more than what feels truly hybrid. This makes it really hard to manage personal stuff during the week.
Advice to Management: Seriously rethink the 'hybrid model' policy. It's not working if people are expected onsite almost every day. Giving employees more genuine flexibility would really improve morale and make Zenith Group Sdn Bhd a better place to work.
