Decent place, but not super flexible.
Pros: You're part of a big, stable global company in the life sciences industry, which is good for job security. There's usually a clear path for growth if you put in the time, especially for Process Engineer roles. The benefits package is solid, including a decent 401k match.
Cons: Work flexibility is really tough here. It's mostly onsite for manufacturing roles. Don't expect much remote work. Hybrid options are rare, even for non-lab staff in the Port Washington, NY office.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously look into more hybrid work options, especially for roles that don't require constant lab or manufacturing floor presence. It'd really help with employee morale and retention in today's job market.
