Pros: Working here, the team support is great. My direct manager is pretty accessible, which is a big plus. As an Account Manager, you do get decent exposure to the media intelligence industry. It's a solid remote setup too.
Cons: Upper leadership feels a bit out of touch sometimes. Decisions often get made without much ground-level input. Communication about new product features for our SaaS platform can be inconsistent. There's not much clear career pathing for us.
Advice to Management: Gather more input from individual contributors. This is especially true for those of us working remotely. Be clearer about career progression for Account Manager roles. Especially important in the competitive PR tech space.
