Pros: The team here is really supportive. Management trusts you to get your job done, which is good. For us in industrial supply, the work is steady, so job security feels solid.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough; it's mostly onsite with very little hybrid or WFH options. As an Operations Coordinator, I couldn't really adjust my schedule much. Expect standard 8-5 hours, no wiggle room.
Advice to Management: Consider offering some hybrid options, even one day a week, for roles like Operations Coordinator. It would really help with employee morale and retention.
