Pros: The team culture is pretty solid here. As a Recruitment Consultant, I always felt supported by my colleagues. It's a great place to learn the ropes of the recruitment industry in Kuala Lumpur. You get exposed to a lot.
Cons: It's definitely a very sales-driven corporate environment. The pressure to hit targets is constant. Sometimes the focus on numbers makes the company culture feel a bit cutthroat, especially in talent acquisition.
Advice to Management: Try to balance the sales targets with employee well-being. A bit more focus on work-life balance could go a long way.
