Pros: I liked working remote; it gave me a lot of flexibility. The engineering team was solid, and we shipped good features for our B2B SaaS customers. Pay for a Software Engineer was competitive in the current market.
Cons: Job security here felt a bit shaky, especially for more senior roles after a few rounds of layoffs. The sales tech market is tough, and there's pressure to constantly perform. Didn't feel super stable in this startup environment.
