Great Flexibility and Learning in ERP Software
Pros: The work flexibility at Epicor is fantastic for my work-life balance. Being hybrid in Austin means I can easily manage my personal and professional life. I've learned so much about ERP software and the tech industry from supportive colleagues. There are great opportunities to develop new skills within my Product Analyst role.
Cons: Career growth sometimes feels slow, and promotions can take a while. Also, certain internal processes are quite bureaucratic and could be streamlined. Better cross-departmental communication would definitely help.
Advice to Management: Continue to foster the flexible work environment and look for ways to streamline internal promotion processes. More cross-departmental communication initiatives could also be beneficial.

Good for Learning and Flexible Work
Pros: Working as a Software Engineer at Epicor in Austin offers strong career development. I've gained valuable skills in enterprise software, and the teams are very supportive. The hybrid work flexibility helps a lot with personal life integration.
Cons: The pace for promotions can be slow. Also, some legacy ERP system dependencies can make development clunky. Small points, but they do exist.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining the promotion process to better reward high-performing individuals and invest further in modernizing some of the older enterprise resource planning systems to enhance developer efficiency.
