Pros: I've learned a ton about managing complex construction projects here. The team members are generally helpful and the project scope is often interesting. It's a solid place to get experience in the Kuala Lumpur construction scene.
Cons: Leadership communication is a real struggle; directives change often. It's hard to get clear guidance, which slows down property development timelines. There's not much encouragement for new ideas from the ground up, especially for us younger engineers.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication and creating a clearer vision for project execution. Empower middle management to make decisions and listen to feedback from the engineering teams. This would really help with employee morale and project efficiency.
