Good place for growth, leadership needs work
This was my first gig in the tech industry, and it taught me a ton about IT distribution. My team was great, but the higher-ups? Not always. Overall, it's a mid-sized corporate with its ups and downs.
Got great exposure to B2B sales in consumer electronics distribution. My direct manager was really solid, always had my back. Team support was a huge plus for us Account Managers here.
The senior leadership felt pretty disconnected from day-to-day operations. Decisions often came out of nowhere, without much explanation. This made it tough to plan ahead.
Focus on clearer communication from the top down. Invest in leadership training for senior roles to ensure consistent vision and connect more with teams on the ground.
