Pros: Got great exposure to B2B sales in consumer electronics distribution. My direct manager was really solid, always had my back. Team support was a huge plus for us Account Managers here.
Cons: The senior leadership felt pretty disconnected from day-to-day operations. Decisions often came out of nowhere, without much explanation. This made it tough to plan ahead.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication from the top down. Invest in leadership training for senior roles to ensure consistent vision and connect more with teams on the ground.
