Company Reviews

Since FeedMe started our service in 2019, we are scaling and bringing forward of how the F&B industry works. By becoming the first of three companies enabling QR code ordering, membership, and e-wallet in a system, we are now expanding into a modern software company and building integrated, omnichannel solutions. We manage to help F&B owners sell online, manage inventory, run a busy kitchen, book appointments, engage loyal customers, cut their labour costs, and improve their operation hassle.

Today, we’re a partner with Grab, Shopee, Foodpanda, Ipay88, Revenue monster, and a lot of pos system resellers to bring our product to help the f&b of all sizes, from small businesses to large, enterprise-scale businesses with a perfect system. As well as merchants who began selling with FeedMe and have grown larger over time. As our seller's scale, so do our solutions. We all grow together.

Career Growth is Tough at this Food Tech Company
Pros: There's solid exposure to different parts of the backend development. I learned a lot about scaling a delivery app. Some senior engineers in the San Francisco office are good mentors if you seek them out.
Cons: Career path here is blurry for technical roles. Promotion criteria aren't always clear, which makes it tough to move up. As a mid-sized tech company, it feels like there aren't many open senior positions internally.
Advice to Management: Management needs to define clear promotion paths, especially for junior and mid-level Software Engineer roles. We need more transparency on what it takes to get to the next level. Invest in more structured professional development.
