Pros: The team is genuinely supportive, which is great for new hires or as an Environmental Consultant. There's a real sense of collaboration on projects related to indoor air quality testing. Folks are always willing to help out.
Cons: Sometimes it feels like decisions come from nowhere, with little explanation. There isn't much transparency from leadership, which can be frustrating. This can make the hybrid model tough when you're not always in the Denver office.
Advice to Management: Work on being more open with the team about company direction and decisions. A bit more clarity would go a long way in improving morale and company culture.
