Pros: It's a solid place if you love planning corporate team building events. The team is pretty fun to work with, especially on onsite events. You learn a lot about event logistics quickly.
Cons: Career growth here is tough for an Event Coordinator. There aren't many opportunities to move up, even if you've been here a while. You often just do more of the same, with no clear path.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths for Event Coordinators. More training for advanced roles or even just project leadership opportunities would help retention.
