Pros: It's a solid place to learn, especially if you're new to property development. As a Project Manager, I got to work on some pretty big residential projects. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is mostly friendly, which is a big plus.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit old-school, very corporate. There's not much room for new ideas, and it's mostly top-down. This can make the day-to-day feel slow sometimes.
Advice to Management: Maybe try to empower project teams more and encourage innovation. A little more transparency would help morale in this corporate environment.
