It's a fantastic environment for learning and developing new skills in the cyber security consulting industry, with diverse projects. You really feel valued as part of a professional services firm.
Cons: While mostly positive, project deadlines can get pretty tight sometimes, meaning occasional longer hours. Also, I think cross-departmental communication could still use a little refinement to ensure everyone's always on the same page.
