Pros: The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is genuinely supportive. You'll find good job security here, which is a big plus. It's a large, well-established corporate environment in automotive distribution.
Cons: Work-life balance is a real struggle as a Sales Executive. Expect long hours, often six days a week, especially in sales roles. There's not much work flexibility or WFH options; it's mostly onsite work.
Advice to Management: Please reassess the workload for your sales teams. It's not sustainable. Offer more flexibility or at least acknowledge the long hours, especially for those working at the car dealership.
