Pros: The hybrid model is a big plus. We can do remote work for a couple of days a week, which really helps with personal appointments. As an Account Manager, it's good to have that flexibility for client calls outside the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Sometimes the flexibility feels a bit conditional, especially if there's a big client event. It's not always consistent across all teams in this corporate tech industry setting. More genuine WFH days would be nice.
