Pros: My immediate team was really solid; everyone was supportive. The hybrid work model is a huge plus, giving good flexibility for as a Software Engineer. There are some decent social events held at the San Francisco office.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit exclusive outside your direct team. It's tough to break into established cliques, which isn't great for new hires. Sometimes it feels like leadership doesn't really push for overall company cohesion.
Advice to Management: Focus on building a more inclusive company culture across all teams, not just within individual departments. Maybe implement more cross-functional social events or a better mentorship program to help new hires feel more connected in this mid-sized tech company.
