Cons: While there are lots of opportunities, sometimes the pace can be really fast, especially during release cycles, which can impact work-life balance briefly. The internal approval processes can also feel a bit slow at times, which isn't ideal when you're trying to move quickly on new features. Communication could also be a little more consistent across different teams sometimes.

Pros: Working here as a Technical Consultant in the software industry has been great. Teams are super supportive, helping me quickly grasp our business management software. There are plenty of opportunities for career development and skill-building. The excellent work flexibility, with our hybrid setup in London, truly boosts my work-life balance.
