Cons: Work-life balance is a real challenge. Expect long hours, especially when project deadlines hit. It's often onsite work, so remote options are limited, even in the Kuala Lumpur office. Can feel like there's no off switch.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to look at staffing levels and project scheduling. Burnout is real, especially for Project Engineers. More flexibility for WFH would also help retention.
