Growth is slow, but the team's decent.

Pros: It's a stable, mid-sized company in the hospitality industry. You get decent exposure to front desk operations and guest services if you're new to resort management. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is usually pretty supportive, which helps with day-to-day tasks.
Cons: Career growth here is really tough for hospitality roles. There aren't many clear paths to move up, especially for junior positions like a Resort Operations Assistant. You can feel stuck in your current role for a long time, and promotion opportunities are rare.
Advice to Management: Please create clearer career progression paths and more training programs for employees. It'd really help with retention and motivation for the onsite work teams. Show more
