Okay culture, but can feel a bit rigid
Pros: As a Software Developer, I've worked with some really smart people here. The team collaboration in the Bietigheim-Bissingen office is generally pretty good. It's a stable corporate environment in the dental technology industry.
Cons: The company culture can sometimes feel a bit old-fashioned and slow to adapt. There's not always a lot of room for new ideas, especially for junior roles. It sometimes lacks modern perks you'd see elsewhere.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more open communication and really listen to ideas from all levels. Embrace a bit more modern thinking to keep up with industry trends.

Solid Job Security for Dental Tech Roles
Pros: If you're looking for stability, it's pretty good here. As a Service Technician, I never worried about my job. The dental industry is stable, so DÜRR DENTAL feels very secure.
Cons: It's a big, corporate environment in the Bietigheim-Bissingen office, so things can feel slow. Don't expect rapid career changes or super innovative projects if job security is your main focus.
Advice to Management: Management could really boost employee engagement by streamlining processes. More transparency on career paths would also help people feel less stuck.

Work-Life Balance is Decent, but Can Be Tricky
Pros: I've found the hybrid work setup pretty solid for Product Manager roles here. You can usually manage your 40-hour weeks if you're efficient. It's a stable company in the dental technology industry, which is a plus for job security.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines mean longer hours, especially before big product launches. There isn't always great support if you need a truly flexible schedule for personal stuff. It can be tough to completely disconnect on weekends when things are busy.
Advice to Management: Leadership should really look at how to better support work flexibility and manage project scopes to avoid burnout in critical roles like ours. More transparent communication on project timelines would help a lot.
