Culture is pretty decent, but can improve

Pros: It's nice to be part of a team that genuinely gets along, especially as a Marketing Specialist. We've got a pretty good social scene, with regular team lunches and events that help you feel connected in this mid-sized tech company. The hybrid work model is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Recognition isn't always consistent, and sometimes it feels like hard work goes unnoticed. Communication between departments can be a bit slow, which makes working on cross-functional digital content projects challenging. The culture can feel a bit fragmented in our Kuala Lumpur office sometimes.
Advice to Management: Focus on consistent recognition programs and encourage cross-team collaboration to break down internal silos. Clearer communication about company direction would also help. Show more
