From its modest beginning as a small architectural practice, NRY Architects is now one of the largest practices in Malaysia, offering a range of construction-related consultancy services.

Pros: The team environment for architectural design projects is pretty solid. I've learned a lot from my immediate colleagues. The office culture overall is fairly supportive and collaborative.
Cons: Leadership can be inconsistent in their vision and communication. Sometimes it feels like project management lacks clear direction. It makes navigating some of our bigger builds a bit tough.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication strategies and more consistent project leadership. Investing in management training could really help improve overall efficiency and employee morale for all architect roles.
