Decent place for a start in travel tech

Pros: It's a pretty good place to get entry-level experience in the online ticketing industry. I've learned a ton about web development here. The team is generally friendly, especially other software developers in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Leadership can be a bit disconnected; sometimes it feels like they don't quite get the developer's day-to-day. There isn't much clear career growth path, which is tough. Communication from management on project changes could be way better.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication, especially about project scope and timelines. Invest in developer training and a solid career progression framework. It'd really help with retention in the travel tech sector. Show more
