CCDM is expanding business in Malaysia and aimed to provide a complete construction services from property development, design value engineering to main contractor management services. CCDM has been awarded a main contract in KL ECO City to design and build a 43th sty Serviced Residences and Hotel by S P Setia.

Pros: You learn so much, especially on big civil engineering projects. The team is solid; we really support each other. It's good for building your resume early on in the corporate world.
Cons: Work-life balance? Not great for a Project Engineer. Expect really long onsite hours, especially near deadlines. Weekends can vanish, that's just how the construction industry rolls here.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look at staffing levels. Less pressure on existing teams would help prevent burnout.
