Good Initial Experience, But Questionable Security

Pros: You get to work on a lot of different digital campaigns, which is great for building experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The team is friendly and you learn a lot about the digital advertising industry quickly. It's a solid place to get your foot in the door if you're a fresh grad.
Cons: Job security isn't the best here. Client contracts can end pretty abruptly, and it makes you worry about what's next for agency roles. It's tough to feel truly stable, especially if projects slow down.
Advice to Management: Think about how to offer more stability, especially for your experienced team members. Better communication around client pipeline or longer contracts might help ease job security concerns. Show more
