Solid Start, But Growth Stalls Out

Pros: As a Junior Software Engineer, you get hands-on with various software development projects. It's good for learning new tech stacks initially. The team is generally helpful, which is a plus for entry-level tech roles.
Cons: Career progression here feels pretty limited after the first year or two. There's not much structured mentorship for long-term growth, and opportunities for promotion into senior developer roles are rare unless someone leaves. It feels like a mid-sized corporate where climbing the ladder is tough.
