Junior Web Developer
3.3
16 January 2026
Solid place for entry-level digital marketing
Pros: I liked the team vibe in the Austin office; everyone's pretty collaborative for web projects. They offer hybrid work which is nice for a mid-sized agency. It's good for getting experience as a Junior Web Developer.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough when client deadlines hit hard. Sometimes I felt like I was working more than 40 hours a week, especially near launch for big web projects. There's not much flexibility on those crucial days.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations and project loads to avoid burnout, especially for web development roles. More consistent scheduling would help with work-life balance.
