Our company was incorporated in 2004 with an objective to produce pet food locally for the wholesaler, hypermarket, supermarket, retail and pet shop, pet shelters, veterinary and pet breeder. We pride ourselves in specializing as pet food manufacturer, establishing a range of house brands with competitive price and also undertake to manufacture to customers’ requirement of special blends and brands. The milestone since then is that we have created many avid fans and followers of cat owners and dog owners via our social media platforms.

Growth is slow in this manufacturing giant

Pros: You get solid experience in a structured corporate environment. It's a decent place to learn the ropes of the manufacturing industry. The job security feels good, and you're not usually stressed out here.
Cons: Career growth is pretty slow, especially for technical roles like mine. There aren't many clear paths to advance, and internal promotions are rare. You'll likely need to leave if you want to move up fast.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career progression paths for employees, especially in the engineering department. Invest more in training and mentorship programs to help people grow internally. Show more
