Pros: As a Data Center Technician, I've learned a lot about server infrastructure. The actual work is solid, especially being onsite with all the hardware. It's a good place to gain technical skills in the data center industry.
Cons: The company culture felt pretty top-down. There wasn't much room for new ideas from those of us working on the floor. It's often tough to get managers to actually listen to feedback.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create better channels for employee feedback. Really listen to the teams doing the day-to-day work. Foster a more collaborative environment, especially for onsite staff.
