Leadership needs more empathy and clear vision

Pros: The benefits package is pretty solid for a Financial Advisor, which helps. You'll find good collaboration among your direct team members. In the Chicago office, the client support team is really helpful with client portfolios.
Cons: Upper leadership often seems out of touch with what we do daily in wealth management. Decisions just appear without much explanation. It's tough to get direct feedback or any real mentorship from senior management.
Advice to Management: Try to be more visible and transparent with your teams. We need better communication on company strategy and consistent feedback. Invest in leadership training for soft skills and understanding front-line roles. Show more
