Okay Pay, Could Be Better for Sales Roles
Pros: The commission structure for a Sales Representative in the hygiene products industry is pretty straightforward. You know what you're getting if you make your sales. There's a basic medical plan too, which is a plus.
Cons: Base salary for sales reps in the Kuala Lumpur office could definitely be higher. It's tough when you miss targets, the overall compensation feels low. Don't expect any fancy bonuses or great dental benefits.
Advice to Management: Review the base salaries for Sales Representatives to be more competitive in the Kuala Lumpur market. Consider enhancing the benefits package, especially dental coverage.
