Culture has potential, but it's a bit scattered.

Pros: The team is genuinely supportive, especially for new hires as a Digital Marketing Specialist. We had decent monthly team lunches and occasional social events in the Kuala Lumpur office. The hybrid work model helped with flexibility.
Cons: Company culture often feels reactive, not proactive. There's not much clear direction from leadership, making it tough to feel truly connected to the company's vision. Sometimes it's a high-pressure environment for a medium-sized company.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication from the top down. Invest more in team building that isn't just about work, making the company culture more cohesive. Give Digital Marketing Specialists and other roles a stronger sense of purpose. Show more
