Pros: The base salary for a Process Engineer is pretty decent for the Greenville, SC area. It's competitive within the engineering firm landscape. They do offer a solid 401k match, which is a big plus.
Cons: Healthcare premiums feel a bit high, especially for a mid-sized engineering firm. PTO isn't super generous starting out; it's tough to build up. There's not much work flexibility for onsite roles.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the healthcare plans and increasing PTO accrual, especially for employees in key technical roles like engineering. Better benefits would really help with retention.
