Leadership needs to step up at MatrixMax
Pros: My direct colleagues are great to work with, especially within the software development and implementation teams. We do get to tackle some complex system integration projects, which is good for developing technical skills for IT project roles.
Cons: Upper management often seems out of touch with what's actually happening on the ground for our IT project teams. Their decisions can feel arbitrary, and there's a lack of clear strategy, which leads to a lot of wasted effort in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Seriously, listen to your project managers and team leads more often. Your lack of clear direction and inconsistent communication causes significant frustration for the development and implementation teams. Better engagement from leadership would really boost morale and productivity across our IT solutions delivery. Show more
