Decent hybrid model, but still quite rigid.

Pros: They've got a hybrid work model going, which is nice for a growing IT solutions provider. As a Software Engineer, I can work from home twice a week. That helps with the commute to the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Getting approval for extra WFH days is tough, even if your tasks are done. Core office hours are pretty strict, so you don't have much control over your daily schedule. They track time closely.
Advice to Management: Loosen up a bit on strict office hours for roles that don't need constant onsite presence. Trust employees more with their time management for this IT solutions work. Show more
