Ambulance Driver

Okay for shifts, but not much wiggle room

Pros: As an Ambulance Driver, the scheduled shifts are consistent, so you always know when you're working. It's good for planning your personal life around the fixed hours in Kuala Lumpur operations. They do try to accommodate vacation requests if you ask far enough in advance.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing here for emergency medical services roles. You're pretty much stuck to your assigned shift patterns, and changing them can be a huge hassle. There's no remote work option, obviously, which isn't a problem for the role but highlights the general lack of flexibility.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more options for shift swaps or some kind of occasional flexibility, especially for long-term employees. It'd boost morale a lot. Show more
