Okay for a Start, but Growth is Slow

Pros: You'll definitely get hands-on experience with civil engineering projects here. It's solid for learning the ropes of construction site management in the Kuala Lumpur area. The team is generally pretty decent to work with.
Cons: Career growth is a big struggle. There isn't a clear promotion path for a Civil Engineer. It feels like a mid-sized corporate but acts more like a smaller one in terms of internal mobility, so moving up is tough.
Advice to Management: Management should really define clearer career paths and offer more training opportunities for engineers. It'd help a lot with retention and employee motivation if there were actual steps to climb. Show more
