Pros: I've learned a ton about the Takaful insurance industry as an Operations Executive here. The colleagues are genuinely helpful and supportive, which makes day-to-day pretty good. There are some solid company events that help build team spirit.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school and rigid at times, like a typical corporate environment. It's tough to get new ideas through the approval process quickly. There isn't always great transparency from senior leadership.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace more modern approaches to decision-making and communication. Greater transparency from the top would really help employee morale and engagement, especially for those working in our hybrid model. Empower teams to innovate more freely.
