Pros: The base pay for a Marketing Specialist in the New York City office was pretty competitive. I felt the salary was a solid offer for my experience. Our medical insurance benefits were also quite comprehensive, which is a plus in a big corporate environment.
Cons: Bonuses were inconsistent and not very transparent for corporate marketing roles. The 401k match wasn't as generous as I've seen at similar companies. There aren't many extra perks, like good WFH stipends for our hybrid setup.
Advice to Management: Please make bonus structures more transparent for all corporate roles. Also, consider reviewing the 401k match and adding more robust WFH benefits to stay competitive for hybrid employees.
