Decent place for engineers, but culture needs work

Pros: Team members, especially on the HVAC systems projects, are supportive. You learn a lot from senior Mechanical Engineers here. The Kuala Lumpur office is pretty central, makes the commute easier.
Cons: There's not much transparency from upper management. Sometimes it feels like decisions just drop without warning. The work environment can get pretty tense when deadlines hit, affecting company culture.
Advice to Management: Work on improving communication with the team. More transparency about project direction and company changes would help reduce stress and improve morale across all engineering projects. Show more
