Pros: The standard work week is generally 40 hours for us Designers. We usually get our weekends free, which is nice for personal time. The Kuala Lumpur office environment is pretty chill during non-peak times.
Cons: Client deadlines in the design industry can be tough, leading to unexpected late nights. It feels like we're always scrambling to finish creative projects on time. This impacts the work-life balance during those peak seasons.
Advice to Management: Try to manage client expectations better so design teams don't always have to rush. More realistic timelines would help everyone's mental health.
