Pros: My colleagues are genuinely supportive, which makes working on challenging onsite construction projects better. There's a good sense of teamwork, especially when we're all pushing to meet deadlines. It's helpful for project coordinator roles.
Cons: The company culture is pretty traditional; it feels like they don't really welcome new ideas. Leadership is very top-down, so as a Project Coordinator, my input sometimes felt ignored. It can make things slow to change in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas and feedback from all levels, not just senior management. Empowering junior staff could really boost morale and innovation within real estate development projects.
